Virginia has been a member of the Economic Geography Working Group since May 2023. After completing her Bachelor's degree (Geography and Biology) at the University of Bern, she began her Master's degree (Geography: Global Change and Sustainability; specialization: Socio-economic transformations) at the University of Vienna in 2022.

Virginia will address the issue of just transitions in the context of sustainability transformations.
